my results with .25g BBs are as follows:

M90 = 285 fps
M110 = 355 fps
M130 not chrono'd yet
M150 = 455 fps

The numbers will drift a bit, but you should be fine with the M110. Certain APS springs are the same diameter as a PTW spring and can be cut to give you differing FPS without chopping your PTW spring, which cost an insane amount as a replacement part. Aftermarket springs can be had for $10 U.S. or less.
